It is a well versed fact that as far as bold Japanese cuisine in Abu Dhabi goes, 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant is at the helm of the city's culinary world. Known for its avant-garde approach to Japanese cuisine, the haute dining experience in Abu Dhabi is nothing less than extraordinary.

Brace your senses! The quintessential Japanese restaurant in
Abu Dhabi has once again pushed frontiers with 4 new dishes to its already refined menu along with one brand new dessert, designed to please the palate.

99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant
Abu Dhabi's first new dish is their Roasted Eggplant on Aka Miso, Foie, Quail Egg and Truffle that delightfully crunches on a nori cracker. An absolute star dish back in 2011 in 99 Sushi Madrid.

The novel inclusions into their a la carte menu also include two decadent nigiris. First, the Seabass with Sea Urchin Butter and Caviar, innovated by the owner, Pedro de Leon. Its richness melts onto your tastebuds with a subtle iodine of the urchin and an added kick of hazelnut from the caviar.

The second nigiri is topped with a A5 Kobe with a strong Japanese Chilli Olive Oil spread on Garlic Chips.

Dodge the summer heat in the city by indulging into their new Seabass and Sea Scallop Ceviche, with Tiger Milk and Jalapeno Sauce. Tangy and fresh, this new dish at 99 Sushi
Abu Dhabi bursts with flavour.

Finish off your culinary journey at this Japanese restaurant in
Abu Dhabi with the new dessert: White Chocolate Mousse and Passion Fruit Coulis... a treat that represents the fine dining indulgence at 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant.
